The hotel's location was great. it was very close to many attractions. the rooms were super clean and modern! i appreciated the short walk to gare du nord. the staff were very helpful. They spoke excellent english.

the breakfast was not good. most of the food was gone when i arrived. it was refilled slowly, little by little. the bread was frozen in the middle, and the tomatoes were rotten.

The hotel's location was acceptable. It was close to many things.

The lack of attention to detail was frustrating. the tea-making facilities weren't replenished and i only got one cup. the staff never cleaned the second cup after i asked for it. They only cleaned the first one. also, the bed wasn't made on one occasion.

I found the location very convenient it was close to the metro. The room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. I appreciated the coffee and water available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful offering bag storage after checkout so I could explore the area more.

The walls seemed thin I could sometimes hear neighbors talking.

I stayed in a triple privilege room. it was super roomy. the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a relief given the sweltering temperatures outside.

the tea making facilities in the room were not replenished . there was only one cup provided. i requested another cup, but the second one was never cleaned. only the original cup was.
